This Donation Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which refunds or cancellations may be considered for donations made through our official website.
1. Nature of Donations
All donations made through this website are voluntary contributions made by individuals or organizations to support the objectives and charitable activities of Vrindavan Panda Sabha.
Unless specifically stated for any campaign, donations are not made in exchange for goods or commercial services.
2. Donation Cancellation
Once a donation has been successfully processed and payment has been confirmed by the payment gateway or banking institution, the donation cannot ordinarily be cancelled.
Donors are therefore requested to carefully verify all transaction details before completing the payment.
3. Refund Policy
As donations are voluntary contributions towards charitable and religious purposes, they are generally non-refundable.
However, Vrindavan Panda Sabha may consider refund requests under exceptional circumstances including but not limited to:
- Duplicate payment made for the same donation.
- Donation made due to an evident technical or system error.
- Incorrect amount debited because of a payment gateway malfunction.
- Unauthorized transaction, subject to satisfactory verification.
Approval of any refund shall remain solely at the discretion of Vrindavan Panda Sabha after reviewing the circumstances of the transaction.
4. Time Limit for Refund Requests
Any refund request should be submitted within 7 (Seven) days from the date of the transaction.
Requests received after this period may not be considered unless exceptional circumstances are established.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, the donor should provide the following details:

- Registered Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Transaction ID
- Date of Donation
- Amount Donated
- Reason for Refund Request
After receiving the request, Vrindavan Panda Sabha shall review the details and may seek additional information wherever necessary.
6. Refund Timeline
If a refund request is approved, the refund shall normally be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
The amount will ordinarily be credited back through the original payment method used for making the donation.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending upon the donor's bank, card issuer or payment service provider.
7. Failed or Pending Transactions
In case a payment fails but the donor's bank account is debited, the transaction may remain pending due to banking or payment gateway processing.
Such transactions are generally reversed automatically by the respective bank within the timelines prescribed by the banking system.
If the amount is not reversed within the expected period, donors are encouraged to contact us with complete transaction details.
8. Receipt Corrections
If any donor notices an error in the name, address or email mentioned on the donation acknowledgement, they may contact us for correction.
Correction requests should preferably be submitted within seven days of the donation.
